Entry Model: BPR
Balanced Price Range
Balanced Price Range (BPR)
The BPR is the highest-precision entry zone in the smart money toolkit. It forms when two opposing Fair Value Gaps overlap, creating an ultra-refined entry area.
How a BPR Forms
- •A bullish impulse creates a Bullish FVG
- •A bearish retracement creates a Bearish FVG
- •The area where both FVGs overlap is the Balanced Price Range
Why BPR Is Special
- •Two opposing institutional footprints in the same zone
- •The overlap represents the exact area where institutional interest concentrates
- •It's a "balanced" zone – neither side has clear dominance until price reacts
Trading the BPR
- •Step 1: Identify a Bullish FVG on H1/H4
- •Step 2: Wait for the bearish retracement that creates a Bearish FVG
- •Step 3: Mark the overlap zone – this is your BPR
- •Step 4: Enter when price returns to the BPR with LTF confirmation
Entry Rules
- •Entry: Within the BPR overlap zone
- •Stop Loss: Beyond the full extent of both FVGs
- •Take Profit: Next major POI or liquidity pool
- •Minimum R:R: 1:3
"BPR is the sniper's crosshair. Two institutional footprints, one precise zone. This is where the highest-probability trades live."
